1. Regulations define the terms and conditions for the provision of services by KurierUS.
2. The recipient of orders - KurierUS.
3. Client - the user, individual person, company or organization.

5. Order - sent to the realization with generating payments and tracking number of the shipment.
6. Courier - external courier company receiving customer orders via KueirUS.

8. List of lading - a document proving that the package has been transferred to the courier company.
9. Prices - current quotation of services available on the website Price list.
10. Shipping costs - a list of shipping costs from the point of origin to point of delivery, charged at the rates given on the website Shipping Cost.
11. Prepaid Account - the collection of funds used to pay for orders, services, storage and other payments resulting from the use of the website KurierUS.
12. Storage - after free storage, paid service involving the storage of the consigned goods belonging to users.
13. WebMag - online storage resource management and service KurierUS.
14. Oversize - nonregular size package, round, cylindrical, oval, irregular, or the projecting parts, etc.
15. Using the storage system WebMag is free, fees are only charged for the services of those listed on the "Prices of Services" and "Shipping costs".
16. Tracking - confirmation number to shipping parcel.
17. Each registered user receives a free box KurierUS BOX number and physical address in the United States.
18. BOX address is not owned by the user and it can be used only for shipping in the period of cooperation with the KurierUS. In the event of termination of cooperation, using the address by the user is prohibited.
19. Shipments incorrectly addressed or do not have a complete user address data are transmitted to the storage shipments not identified.
20. Identification of incorrectly addressed shipments is made at the request of the user, upon presentation of necessary documents to identify the recipient.
21. Identification of incorrectly addressed shipments is a paid service.
22. User agrees to use the full address in a form that has been assigned by signing up.
23. For not properly addressed the shipment is a responsible user.
24. Sharing your shipping address is not allowed.
25. You agree to keep your password to access the website KurierUS only to own use and not share it with third parties. All services commissioned from the user account will be treated as ordered by the customer.
26. The user registering in Kurier US agree to receive messages from the system WebMag.
27. The maximum weight per shipment should not exceed 100 pounds (about 45.5 kg). If the shipment has more weight, user obliged to inform the warehouse about the estimated time of delivery and estimated weight, and to share tracking number.
28. Shipments addressed to persons not registered in KurierUS, will not be received by the staff storage.
29. Using the shipping address for other purposes than it has a purpose, is strictly prohibited. If you use a shipping address other than for its intended purpose, KurierUS has the right to be blocked for a user account and report a claim to court.
30. Shipping addresses are a form of "residential" whose costs are covered by the service KurierUS. Shipping addresses in the form of "commercial" are issued at the request of the user for a monthly fee depending on the location address (city and state).
31. Goods or parcels sent to the shipping address, go to the bulk storage where there are boxes of users, access to the boxes and storage have only employees. The user of KurierUS has not physical access to own box or in the warehouse.

35. Customer agrees to ship the goods which are his property without his signature by KurierUS to the specified shipping address in the order.
36. Shipments are delivered via a carrier selected by the user.
37. The service will be performed in accordance with the general terms of service selected shipping company.
38. Symbols forms of shipments are not an appropriate name of the courier company and are automatically changed by the system for not having taken the carrier ID.
39. Approvals, services or paid shipping orders are realized in business days within 72 hours.
40. Shipments/goods are entered into the storage list in business days up to 72 hours.
41. In situations of independent KurierUS eg refusing to take orders on designated days, weather conditions, courier technical problems or by courier service, the order will be realized the next business day.
42. The cancellation the accepted order before generating a shipping label is charged a fee according to the valid price list of paid services.
43. KurierUS is not responsible for payment errors in a payment company's or caused by the payer.
44. Payment for complete orders and services cannot be refunded.
45. Claims for paid orders should be reported directly to KurierUS. Opening a complaint in a bank or a payment company can result in the cost of complaints fees $20-$40.
46. Packages that have been shipped but not left the shipping storage, they can be returned to the user's request for a fee in the amount of the shipment origin cost.

51. All shipments of less than 1 pound are counted as one pound.

55. Customer agrees to pay payments generated within 3 days of receipt of notification of payment, not paid within the order or order is automatically canceled after 3 days and will add a fee for re-acceptance of the order of the value specified in the price list.

62. User agrees to charge prepaid account by KurierUS fees for services, orders or storage of goods and shipments.
63. KurierUS is obliged to refund money from the prepaid account on demand, less the value of liabilities to KurierUS.
64. KurierUS accept payment via Paypal and Credit Card via the form from which data are transferred automatically to the Square by Terminalgr, which charges the credit card.
65. To the amounts for services, orders or shipping, shall be charged 5% fees from the total payment plus $0.30 fixed charge for each financial transaction. Fixed fee of $0.30 is not added to a transaction paid with a prepaid account.
66. KurierUS is entitled to charge the user costs when courier detects incorrect postage (wrong size, a weight of shipment), the levies will be added to the balance of user storage.
67. Incoming shipments to the warehouse, whose weight has been undervalued by the sender, may require a fee for USPS or courier company. The payment shall be made by an employee of the storage to the nearest $1.00 and no less than 5% of the amount of the surcharge. The required payment for underweight shipment will be added to the storage balance.
68. Complaints related to the delivery of parcels or interference during delivery should be directed to the company through which your package was delivered.
69. After sending a shipment by KurierUS, the package is delivered under the terms of the courier company.
70. Customer acknowledges that the KurierUS not affect the quality of services provided by courier companies (loss, damage, delay, or return postage) and will not be on this account to pay claims against the service.
71. KurierUS not responsible for delays or disruptions in deliveries of parcels, due to reasons not attributable to, such as poor work organization of courier companies, weather conditions, customs control, the absence of the recipient on delivery, no contact phone with the receiver of the consignment or outdated phone number, etc.
72. Shipping labels fill the user through the order form, for any errors contained in the address or invalid shipping address, the responsibility of the user.
73. KurierUS do not verify the addresses of recipients.
74. KurierUS not responsible for damage to items inside packages.
75. Complaints of damaged shipments should be directed to the courier company.

93. We do not answer questions that are answered in these rules or descriptions of services.

95. Competent Court for any disputes arising from the execution of orders or service orders is the local court for KurierUS.
